Dr. Rajbir Singh, DDG (AE), ICAR, Visits Ginning Training Centre, ICAR-CIRCOT, Nagpur

Dr. Rajbir Singh, Deputy Director General (Agricultural Extension & Agricultural Engineering), ICAR visited the Ginning Training Centre (GTC) of ICAR-CIRCOT in Nagpur to review institutional activities and regional agricultural engineering initiatives. The visit commenced with a comprehensive demonstration led by Dr. S. K. Shukla, Director of ICAR-CIRCOT, who highlighted the institute’s cutting-edge machineries and innovative processing technologies engineered to modernize the domestic cotton sector. The Director of ICAR-NBSS&LUP, Nagpur, also participated in technical proceedings of the event. 

During the visit, the DDG held interactive discussions with GTC staff members regarding ongoing project & training activities, and strategic roadmaps to advance the post-harvest technologies related to cotton. The visit concluded with the Director of ICAR-CIRCOT officially felicitating the DDG, and reiterating the institute's commitment to deliver technology-driven solutions to India's agricultural community.
